The company's main activity is the conception, development, production, promotion and distribution of digital art and collectible objects (so-called NFTs - Non Fungible Tokens), as well as the conception, development, realization and management of software, games on virtual platforms (metaverses) and the provision of services related to NFTs and virtual currencies (cryptocurrencies). Furthermore, it may engage in business consulting, data processing, administrative services and consulting on cryptocurrencies and NFTs for individuals and companies in Switzerland and abroad, excluding any consulting activities related to investments, employment or capital management. Any activity related to the collection of capital on its own accounts, as well as any activity of exchanging cryptocurrencies that fall within the scope of the LSerFi and LIsFi, is also explicitly excluded. The company may engage in any activity directly or indirectly related to the company's purpose and acquire participations in other companies both domestically and abroad.
