The company also has the following purposes: professional training of riders and grooms; import, trade, brokerage and breeding as well as transportation of horses and ponies; boarding of horses and ponies; rental of boxes; organization of equestrian events; services, consulting and activities in the field of equestrian sports. The company may participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, acquire or establish companies with an identical or similar purpose, carry out all financial, commercial, industrial and real estate transactions (excluding operations prohibited by the LFAIE) and conclude all contracts that serve to develop its purpose or are directly or indirectly related to it.
