The association aims to support initiatives for climate-friendly agriculture that empower women and young people, improve their economic situation and food security, and combat poverty through capacity building, knowledge sharing and networking. We place particular emphasis on projects that improve the climate resilience of food production and link agriculture with gastronomy, sustainability, biodiversity and socio-ecology. Since women make up a significant part of the agricultural workforce, we focus on their empowerment. Another focus is on supporting young people, especially in rural areas where unemployment is high and agriculture is underestimated as a profession. By empowering women, who often influence younger generations, and by directly supporting young people, we want to promote the long-term resilience of communities and the sustainability of agriculture. By providing financial resources, educational offers and important equipment, we promote the digitalization of food production and sustainable practices. In addition, we work with women's and youth groups and offer training on climate-friendly agriculture, consulting services and learning materials to promote sustainable development and climate resilience.
