The purchase, sale, rental and management of built or unbuilt properties, the construction, transformation or renovation of properties, and all operations related to these activities. It may carry out these operations for itself or on behalf of a third party, as a representative, agent or commissioner, or have them executed on its behalf by third parties. It may create mortgages for itself or for third parties. The company may establish branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad, participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, acquire companies with an identical or similar purpose, or merge with such companies, acquire or sell properties, carry out all operations and conclude all contracts suitable for developing and expanding its purpose or directly or indirectly related to it. The company may carry out financing operations, grant loans to third parties as well as to group companies and direct or indirect shareholders of the company, and grant securities of any kind for its own commitments or for the commitments of the aforementioned companies vis-à-vis third parties, including mortgages, transfers of securities and guarantees, even if these loans or securities are in the exclusive interest of the aforementioned companies and are granted without the company receiving remuneration in return. Furthermore, it may conclude cash pooling contracts (centralized treasury management) with other group companies. It is specified that the company may not hold, directly or indirectly, real estate located in Switzerland, unless it is exclusively dedicated to a commercial activity.
