The company's purpose is, in Switzerland and/or abroad, (i) all services in the field of accounting, the fiduciary sector and the real estate sector, in particular management, brokerage, administration of divided properties, consulting, appraisal, construction, purchase, sale, leasing, transformation and renovation of real estate, including - without limitation - the services of a general contractor and/or project management, assistance to the project owner as well as subcontracting; (ii) the purchase, sale, holding, administration and management of all interests in any company active, in Switzerland and/or abroad, in one of the aforementioned fields under (i); granting loans and/or other direct or indirect financing (including, but not limited to, in the context of cash pooling agreements) to its direct and indirect subsidiaries and/or to third parties, including its direct and/or indirect partners as well as the direct and indirect subsidiaries of these partners; (iv) providing guarantees of any kind, remunerated or not, and/or any other form of security, remunerated or not, to one or more partners, to one or more companies of the group to which the Company belongs and/or to one or more third parties in order to guarantee the commitments and/or obligations of one or more partners, of one or more companies of the group to which the Company belongs and/or of one or more third parties, provided that this is in the interest of the Company.
