The purpose of the company is: participation in financial, industrial, commercial and real estate companies. It can acquire, manage and sell participations or limited partnerships as well as shares in companies, and participate in other companies. It can grant loans to subsidiaries and will control and coordinate the activities exercised by the subsidiaries. The company is authorized, in accordance with Art. 2 para. 2 lit. a of the Federal Act on Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners, to acquire, sell, hold and manage real estate.
