The company's purpose is to manage an agricultural business with livestock, arable and fodder farming, as well as to engage in other agricultural activities such as the sale of agricultural products and the provision of all services in the field of agriculture, including leasing to family members of the shareholder in accordance with Art. 62 lit. b BGBB. The company may establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad, participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, and conduct all business that is directly or indirectly related to its purpose.
