The Company's purpose is to engage, in Switzerland and abroad, in the international trade of raw materials, the acquisition, holding, financing, management, sale and transfer of interests in all Swiss or foreign companies or enterprises active in particular in the financial, industrial, commercial, movable or immovable property sectors, as well as the execution of any real estate operations, namely the purchase, holding, administration, enhancement, renovation, leasing, management, brokerage, promotion and sale of real estate (with the exception of operations prohibited by the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Persons Abroad LFAIE), as well as the provision of services and management, advisory, and intermediary services of any nature in the aforementioned sectors and in the field of finance.
