The company may also assume and grant representations in the aforementioned sectors, as well as acquire and sell, distribute, manage, receive and grant for use, technologies, know-how, patents, trademarks, licenses and intellectual property rights in the aforementioned sectors. The company may directly or indirectly acquire interests and participations in other companies or industrial, commercial, financial and service enterprises in Switzerland or abroad, in the sector related to the company's purpose or in other sectors, and open branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad.
