The Company may grant loans and other financing, directly or indirectly, to group companies and third parties, as well as to its shareholders (direct and indirect) and their group companies, also within the framework of cash pooling agreements and provide guarantees of any kind for their liabilities, also by way of pledge or transfer of company assets or guarantees of any kind, for consideration or not.
