Directly or indirectly, in Switzerland and/or abroad, subject to obtaining the necessary authorizations from the competent authorities where applicable: 1. Any commercial operation, including manufacturing, design, wholesale, semi-wholesale and retail, import and export, promotion, marketing in any form, leasing and distribution (including e-commerce), for its own account and for the account of third parties, (1°) of any item and service useful to athletes and their families and (2°) of personal equipment in general, which also include: (i) The manufacture and sale of any item adapted for disabled persons; (ii) The consignment sales of sports articles and the sale of second-hand sports articles; (iii) The sale of press products, such as newspapers, magazines and any related and ancillary items; (iv) The retail sale of fast food products and non-alcoholic beverages; (v) The manufacture and sale of optical or eyeglass items; (vi) The manufacture and sale of electronic, watchmaking, telephony and communication items, as well as any ancillary activity related thereto; and (vii) The sale of weapons to individuals for hunting and sporting shooting. 2. Research and development, as well as the filing, acquisition, holding, exploitation in any form and sale, of patents or any other intellectual property right, and the acquisition, holding, exploitation and licensing; 3. The granting of (1°) loans and/or any other form of financing, including, but not limited to, in the context of cash pooling agreements, or (2°) guarantees and/or any other form of security, including by way of pledges or fiduciary transfers of the company's assets, or by way of guarantees of any nature, remunerated or not, to one or more shareholders, companies of the same group and/or third parties for their direct or indirect benefit; 4. The establishment of branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad; 5. The acquisition, holding, management, pledging and sale of all securities and/or real estate interests, in Switzerland and/or abroad, with the exception of transactions subject to the authorization regime under the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Persons Abroad (LFAIE).
