The purpose of the company is to trade in goods and securities of all kinds on its own account or on behalf of third parties, as well as to participate in other undertakings, excluding in Switzerland with regard to companies or businesses that are subject to the licensing requirement under the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Persons Abroad (BewG). The company may establish branches, participate in other undertakings in Switzerland and abroad, acquire or merge with similar or related companies, acquire or sell real estate, and enter into any business and conclude any contracts that are suitable to promote the purpose of the company or are directly or indirectly related thereto, excluding in Switzerland with regard to companies or businesses that are subject to the licensing requirement under the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Persons Abroad (BewG).
