Administration of the affairs of the Baha'is of Basel in accordance with the principles created and introduced by Baha'u'llah, further defined and elucidated by 'Abdu'l-Baha, expanded and interpreted by Shoghi Effendi, and supplemented and applied by the Universal House of Justice, for Baha'i membership and administration, dissemination of the Baha'i faith, publication of literature in the spirit of this doctrine, and possibly also of a general religious, cultural and humanitarian nature.
