All consulting and service activities in the real estate sector, including the purchase, sale, renovation, operation, promotion and rental of properties, as well as all related transactions (except for transactions prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners). Furthermore, it may carry out, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties, all financial, commercial, movable or immovable transactions directly or indirectly related to its corporate purpose and may participate, in any form, in similar companies, in particular by acquiring interests in similar companies. The company may also establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad. Finally, it may also grant loans or guarantees to its shareholders or third parties if this serves its interests.
