The company's purpose is the purchase and sale of all real estate, development and design in real estate, brokerage and management, with the exception of all operations prohibited by the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Persons Abroad (LFAIE). The company may carry out all financial, commercial or industrial operations, movable or immovable property, participate in all enterprises having a direct or indirect connection with its purpose and grant loans or guarantees to partners or third parties, if this promotes its interests. It may, in Switzerland or abroad, create branches and subsidiaries, take participations in other companies, acquire or create similar or similar companies, carry out all business and conclude all contracts suitable for developing its purpose or directly or indirectly related thereto.
