The company's purpose is the holding, purchase, sale, marketing, leasing of real estate, real estate construction, renovations, taking of participations in companies, notably real estate companies, management and administration of buildings, real estate promotions, land development, brokerage, all activities in the real estate field, with the exception of all operations prohibited by the LFAIE. It may carry out all commercial and financial operations related to this activity as well as all operations aimed at promoting the purpose and interest of the company. It may create branches in Switzerland and abroad, participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, acquire companies with similar objectives, merge with such companies, acquire or sell properties and conclude all contracts aimed at developing or achieving its purpose or directly or indirectly related thereto.
