The company, as a non-profit institution, aims to operate a residential home for individuals who, due to mental, psychological or physical disabilities, are unable to assert themselves in the free labor market. The company may also carry out all other tasks directly or indirectly related to the fulfillment of this purpose and expand its activities to related fields. It may participate in other companies, establish and operate branches and subsidiaries, all within the scope of serving the purpose outlined in paragraph 1. It may also acquire, participate in, hold, sell or encumber properties that serve this purpose.
