The exercise of the following activities: the exhibition, purchase and sale of works of art and design objects, on its own behalf and on behalf of third parties (also on a consignment basis). The company will also provide a consulting and assistance service for the purchase and sale of works of art and may carry out appraisals, valuations and enhancements of works and art collections, as well as market research, on its own or through the collaboration of third parties. To achieve these purposes, the company may design and implement, or simply participate in, cultural events, exhibitions, conferences, debates, conventions, seminars, performances, installations and projections of files and documents. The company will also promote cultural events, educational and laboratory initiatives of various kinds, with particular attention to children and adults. Finally, the company may acquire or transfer participations, grant and receive financing and guarantees of any kind and, in general, carry out any operation and activity useful and necessary for the pursuit of the company's purpose.
