The company's purpose is to manage all real estate matters, the purchase, sale, transformation, and renovation of all real estate properties on behalf of third parties or its own account, excluding all real estate transactions prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE), as well as all operations related to this field of activity, the promotion and construction of buildings, and all advice in real estate matters, management and brokerage in the real estate sector. The company may: create branches in Switzerland and abroad; assume participations in all companies in Switzerland and abroad; carry out all mobile, real estate, financial and commercial transactions and take charge of all functions that would be of a nature to develop the social purpose or that would have a direct or indirect relationship with this purpose, excluding operations prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE); grant loans to its shareholders and third parties, act as guarantor for loans subscribed by shareholders or third parties, guarantee these loans by issuing or pledging mortgage securities or by subscribing to any other financial commitment.
