To manage an organization of midwives as service providers within the meaning of the LAMal (Art. 45a OAMal), namely the services within the meaning of the LAMal, i.e. the perinatal care of women and couples during pregnancy, childbirth and the postnatal period; any health service in natural medicine related to the skills (diplomas acquired) of its employees; counseling and education for parents; the accompaniment of midwifery students and other health professionals during an internship; the accompaniment of midwives with a view to becoming self-employed. The company may also carry out any other activity having a direct or indirect connection with these objectives; it may in particular create branches in Switzerland and abroad, participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, acquire companies with an identical or similar purpose, or merge with such companies, carry out all operations and conclude all contracts suitable for developing and expanding its purpose or directly or indirectly related to it.
