The company's purpose is to provide all services in the field of documents, in particular creating, storing, archiving, protecting, securing, handing over, transferring and destroying documents. The documents stored, archived or secured by the company shall in no case become its property, but shall remain the property of the depositor. In the event of the opening of a compulsory liquidation procedure against the company for the purpose of general liquidation, the return of the documents is guaranteed. The company may use representatives and authorized, accredited specialist partners, concessionaires or depositaries. Furthermore, the company's purpose is to provide services in the fields of trust, accounting, taxes, financial planning, pension planning, mortgage, estate administration and representation, and to take on mandates in the fields of advance care directives and private guardianship. The company may establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad, participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, and conduct all business that is directly or indirectly related to its purpose and does not require authorization from the Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA). The company may acquire, encumber, sell and manage real estate in Switzerland and abroad. It may also provide financing for its own account or for the account of third parties, as well as provide securities for the liabilities of affiliated companies.
