The operation of any agricultural or agricultural enterprise, viticulture or horticulture, and all activities related to this purpose in accordance with the Federal Law on Rural Land Rights of 4 October 1991 (LDFR); in compliance with the LDFR: the production and trade of food products, especially wine and viticulture, through the production and purchase of grapes, their vinification, packaging and marketing, any oenotouristic activity, including the organization of events and receptions, and to carry out all commercial, financial, movable or immovable operations directly or indirectly related to its purpose; the company may take and manage participations in any other company and carry out, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties.
