Exploitation of a general construction/building company. The company's purpose, with the exception of all operations prohibited by the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Persons Abroad (LFAIE), i.e., excluding any real estate operation not exclusively commercial in nature, is to provide any general contracting services, project management, acquisition, development, marketing of land and buildings, as well as the realization of new constructions and renovations. It can offer all kinds of consulting services, carry out all real estate transactions and activities, notably the purchase, sale, lease, management, construction, enhancement, and resale of real estate, acquire, develop, manage, and exploit patents, licenses, and manufacturing processes, trade in all types of goods and products, finalize or encourage all types of business, acquire and sell real estate, take stakes in companies, hold and manage real estate in Switzerland and abroad, as well as carry out all operations in the field of architecture, planning, and contracts. It may also engage in the trade of construction materials and other items related to its activity. The company may: carry out, either for its own account or for the account of third parties, all financial, commercial, movable, or immovable operations, directly or indirectly related to its purpose, and take an interest in all similar enterprises in any form, grant loans or guarantees to its shareholders and to third parties, stand as guarantor for loans subscribed by shareholders or third parties, guarantee these loans by the issuance or pledging of mortgage securities or by the subscription of any other financial commitment, establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad.
