The company's purpose is to provide asset management services within the meaning of Art. 17 para. 1 LISFI on behalf and for the account of its clients and relating to the clients' assets. The services consist of the purchase or sale of financial instruments, the acceptance and transmission of orders relating to financial instruments, the management of financial instruments (asset management in the strict sense), and the provision of personalized recommendations regarding transactions with financial instruments (investment advice). The company may also engage in family office services, generally referring to financial assistance to individuals, family groups in family business, supervision and control of their assets, and in particular support and control of consolidated reading and verification of investments concerning the assets of clients managed and administered by third parties. The company may participate in other companies with a similar purpose and carry out any other financial or commercial operation necessary or useful for achieving the company's purpose.
