The purpose of the foundation is to provide a suitable livelihood for the descendants of my sister, the late Mrs. Erna Endress, who passed away on November 1, 2001, particularly her mentally ill and non-employable son, Christian Kilchher, currently residing in Lucerne, as well as her son Matthis and daughter Anette Kilchher, also residing in Lucerne, and Mrs. Ria Irmiger, Acton, Mass. USA Great Road, and her daughter Liliane, and their potential descendants, in the event of loss of earning capacity due to illness, accident, disability, unemployment, etc. After examining all prerequisites, the foundation board may grant assistance for setting up a livelihood, studies, training, etc.
