The company's purposes are: a) all services, technological consulting, solutions and services in the field of design, interactive applications in the field of video games, 3D animations, application and website design (UX/UI), information, software and IT solutions development, virtual reality, interior, exterior and environmental spaces; b) all services, consulting, productions and productions in the field of advertising and film, as well as all musical creations, dubbing, effects and post-production in the field of sound; c) all translations and consulting or planning in the field of tourism; d) the purchase, sale, import, export and marketing in general of clothing and decorative objects, works of art, as well as the management of art galleries, the organization and planning of events, exhibitions and cultural activities; e) all commercial and financial operations (except those resulting from the mandate of financial intermediary within the meaning of Article 2, paragraph 3 of the Federal Law on Combating Money Laundering in the Financial Sector (LBA)), whether movable or immovable, except for operations prohibited by the LFAIE, in direct or indirect relation with the purposes described above and likely to promote its social interests; f) the acquisition of interests in all Swiss or foreign companies with identical or similar purposes, as well as the creation of branches; g) the granting of loans or advances to its associates or third parties, the guarantee of loans subscribed by associates or third parties, the guarantee of such loans by the issuance or pledge of mortgage securities or others, as well as the subscription of any other financial commitment.
