The association's mission is to promote the inclusion, well-being, and support of school-aged children with neurodevelopmental disorders, as well as their families, by providing local and reference structures. It organizes its actions around three major axes: Defending neurodiversity, Promoting inclusion in society and equal opportunities for all through training and information, Facilitating the recognition and action of caregivers and promoting family balance, Supporting the development of solutions and/or creating local structures for therapies and support integrating all aspects of the child's and their families' lives. The association provides the necessary structures and means to enable the maximum development of children's abilities, their personal fulfillment, and their inclusion in society. It also promotes the balance between private and professional life for parents by developing a coordination of the network of skills. The association encourages the renewal of therapists by offering, among other things, internship and continuing education locations. The association can invest in other stages of life (adolescence, adulthood, elderly) and other regions in Switzerland. It can also make its structures accessible to people with other specific needs for which they would be suitable. To achieve its goals, the association manages establishments and structures, within the framework of the promoted values: co-construction, inclusion, responsibility, agility, and proximity. To this end, the association can carry out any financial operation related to its goals and seek the necessary funds to accomplish its mission. It can also affiliate and/or associate with any entities and organizations pursuing similar or complementary goals. It can acquire and hold financial stakes and/or assets of any kind (shares, securities, real estate).
