The company's purpose is the operation of public establishments active in the catering industry as well as all activities related to the service of food and beverages. The company may take all participations in similar or analogous enterprises, acquire all real estate for its own needs or sell them. It may create branches in Switzerland and abroad, participate in other enterprises in Switzerland and abroad, acquire enterprises with an identical or analogous purpose, or merge with such enterprises, acquire or sell real estate, carry out all movable, financial or service operations and conclude all contracts suitable for developing and extending its purpose or directly or indirectly related thereto, with the exception of operations prohibited by the LFAIE. The company may also grant loans or guarantees to its partners or third parties.
