The purpose of the association is to conduct research and teaching as well as training, further education and continuing education in the field of integral medicine, technology and economics according to the European Bologna education model 1999 <The European Education Area> including the so-called L3 lifelong learning. The association operates as a (non-contributory and non-state-funded) carrier a private, free, independent, with state-approved name, exercise of teaching and degree-awarding authority, university-level school. This school, which is called "E.H.E. Europa Hochschule EurAka CH; private university for integral medicine, technology and economics", is subject to the provisions of Articles 62-79 of the Civil Code. As a private university, it has professorships, the right to award diplomas, academic degrees and doctoral degrees. As a permissible E.H.E. university, which falls completely under the autonomy of the E.H.E. and is based on the Swiss Federal Constitution Articles 20, 23, 27, it was confirmed again by the Ticino Department of Culture in 2006 with State Decision No. 705. To fulfill the teaching mandate, the knowledge and know-how developed and researched can be transferred to third parties in whole or in part. The teaching mandate defined by the association includes the training, further education and continuing education of students and other sufficiently qualified individuals in the fields of healthcare, technology and economics, as well as the creation of the foundations in these fields. A teaching mandate must be carried out as part-time distance home learning and as presence time studies on site in the form of lectures and seminars or through learning centers or campuses. GAME (Global Alliance for Management and Education): Research and development are to be carried out in ARGEs with specialist institutions, e.g. QS-Zurich AG and TÜD = project ARGE with TÜV companies, TÜV tests according to the MPG and environmental tests. Cooperations with companies and universities for training, further education and continuing education are also to be sought and concluded.
