It may create branches in Switzerland and abroad, participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, acquire companies with the same or similar purpose, or merge with such companies, carry out any financial or service operations and conclude any contracts suitable for developing and extending its purpose or directly or indirectly related thereto, with the exception of operations prohibited by the LFAIE.
