All projects and works related to the study, construction and maintenance of oil and gas pipelines, water pipes, electricity distribution systems and gas and/or hydrocarbon utilization; all projects and works related to the study as well as the execution of construction and civil engineering works; retail and wholesale trade in products related to the aforementioned sectors; the purchase, sale, rental and management of real estate, except for operations prohibited by the LFAIE; the training of specialized personnel in the aforementioned fields. The company may acquire, hold and sell patents, trademarks and technical and industrial know-how, as well as acquire participations in other companies in Switzerland and abroad. The company may also participate in the financing of the group, in particular by granting loans to other group companies or by granting guarantees, pledges or other security instruments of any kind to third parties for the debts of these group companies. The company may engage in any activity directly or indirectly related to one of the above objectives.
