The company may assume agencies and representations with or without storage in the field of telecommunications, data transmission and related fields, electrical and electronic equipment in general and their electrical components. The company may also grant the use of its electronic management systems to companies. The company can finally carry out all commercial, industrial and financial operations or of another kind deemed necessary or useful, functionally connected with the corporate purpose or aimed at achieving it. The company can open branches in Switzerland and abroad and take direct or indirect interests and participations in other companies or industrial, commercial, financial and service companies in Switzerland and abroad, having a similar, related or connected purpose to its own, only in the cases where the acquisition proves instrumental in achieving the corporate purpose.
