To capture and transport drinking water to supply the municipalities of the canton of Fribourg and possibly neighboring cantons; to operate springs and groundwater sources, particularly at the location "Fin de la Porta" in Grandvillard and at the location "Pont du Roc" in Charmey, in accordance with the concession granted to the company by the State Council and the authorization for the diversion of private water granted to the Municipality of Bulle by the State Council; to carry out any activity related to the management of water networks; to exercise all ancillary activities in connection with the aforementioned purposes (see statutes for full purpose).
