The above activities may also be carried out through forms of public funding, national, regional, community and non-community, and for their implementation the company may use external technicians. The company may also carry out all mobile, real estate, commercial, industrial, financial, credit, leasing and mortgage operations deemed necessary and useful by the administrative body or shareholders for the exercise of the activities that constitute the company's purpose; take out loans (including shareholder financing) and mortgages, also secured by mortgage, to finance the company's activities; take direct and indirect stakes, interests, participations - also in the form of shares - in industrial and commercial businesses, in other companies, consortia, enterprises, joint ventures, economic interest groups, associations to be established or established, not in relation to the public; grant guarantees, provide guarantees and any other guarantee, also real, in favor of third parties, provided that it is strictly instrumental to achieving the company's purpose. All of this with the exclusion of any activity for which registration in professional registers is required and with the specification that the financial activities mentioned will not be carried out in relation to the public, subject to the inalienable laws.
