The company's purpose is to provide all development and design services for investment projects in the construction sector, as well as to perform all project management services, delegated project ownership, expert opinions and consulting services in the field of construction, except for operations prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners. The company may establish branches in Switzerland and abroad; it may acquire interests in all companies in Switzerland and abroad, grant loans, in particular to associates, acquire or establish similar or similar companies and assume all functions that are intended to develop the purpose of the company or have a direct or indirect relationship with its object, as well as all financial and real estate transactions related thereto.
