The company's purpose (in strict compliance with the rules governing the acquisition of real estate by foreigners) is: a) to carry out all real estate transactions, including the purchase, sale, rental, management and brokerage of real estate, as well as the construction of any real estate property; b) as an ancillary activity, to execute all commercial and financial transactions - whether movable or immovable - directly or indirectly related to the above-mentioned purpose(s), as well as to take participations in any Swiss or foreign companies pursuing identical or similar purposes. The company may also grant loans and/or guarantees, in any form, to its shareholders or third parties. The company may exercise its activities both in Switzerland and abroad.
