The company's purpose, both in Switzerland and abroad, and both on its own account and on behalf of third parties, is to carry out all agricultural activities, purchase, rent and/or exploit land, prepare land for exploitation, plant, cultivate and maintain fruit trees and vines, treat pests and diseases of crops and plants, with particular regard to maintaining land in good environmental conditions, manage irrigation systems for agriculture, sell agricultural, horticultural and gardening products, local food products, poultry and butcher's meat without processing, materials, products and accessories related to plant growth or maintenance, and plant protection products. Import-export and trade in road vehicles, construction, agricultural, competition or leisure machines, new or used, and their spare parts and articles or accessories. Planning, development, construction, management, acquisition and sale of renewable energy production plants, carrying out energy consumption control operations, production, transport and sale of renewable energy. Planning and implementation of carbon offset projects through any nature-based and/or technology-based process, with the aim of capturing and sequestering CO2 in a sustainable manner in marginal, impoverished or polluted land. Issuance and trading of current and future carbon offset instruments, such as carbon credits and derivatives (CER, ERU, ITMO, ERPA, etc.) on international, national or independent registers, specialized trading platforms or over-the-counter. The company may carry out all ancillary activities aimed at promoting the purpose, connected or complementary to it, directly or indirectly linked, as well as all civil, commercial, industrial, mobile and credit operations directly or indirectly useful for achieving the purpose, may establish branches and subsidiaries, both in Switzerland and abroad, participate in other companies.
