To carry out all real estate transactions not prohibited by the LFAIE, as well as real estate brokerage. The company may intermediate or grant loans in favor of its shareholders or third parties, act as guarantor or surety for loans subscribed by the company itself, its shareholders or third parties, pledge its assets by providing guarantees of any kind, including real estate guarantees. The company may carry out, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties, all financial, commercial, industrial, movable and real estate transactions (except for transactions prohibited by the LFAIE), in Switzerland and abroad, directly or indirectly related to the main purpose. It may also establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad.
