The core activity of Educatio is the placement of educational personnel, consulting and development of schools, as well as the training and further education of educational professionals. Specifically, this includes: placement of educational personnel for temporary and permanent assignments; consulting and support for schools in the areas of strategy development, organizational development and restructuring processes; guidance on training and further education programs for educational professionals, particularly in the areas of school leadership, coaching, mediation, supervision and change management; and networking of providers of further education programs with institutions seeking specific, relevant and selected subject areas.
