The company's purpose (in strict compliance with the rules regarding the acquisition of real estate by foreigners) is: a) all real estate transactions, namely the acquisition, holding, administration, construction, management, appraisal and sale of real estate, b) the import, export and retail trade of goods of all kinds, c) advice in the field of financial and stock market investments, d) as an ancillary activity, the execution of all commercial and financial transactions - whether movable or immovable (and in strict compliance with the rules regarding the acquisition of real estate by foreigners) directly or indirectly related to the above purposes, as well as the acquisition of interests in all Swiss or foreign companies pursuing identical or similar purposes. The company may also grant loans and/or guarantees, in any form, to its shareholders or third parties. The company may conduct its activities both in Switzerland and abroad.
