The company's purpose is the acquisition, sale, leasing, management of real estate in Switzerland and abroad, real estate promotion and participation, as well as all real estate activities within this framework, the acquisition and sale of companies as well as the purchase, sale and leasing of all motor vehicles and all related activities. It may:
- create branches in Switzerland and abroad;
- participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, acquire companies with similar objectives, merge with such companies;
- acquire or sell real estate and conclude all contracts suitable for developing or achieving its purpose or directly or indirectly related thereto, with the exception of transactions prohibited by the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Persons Abroad (LFAIE);
- grant loans or guarantees to its partners or third parties if this promotes its purpose.
