Furthermore, the company may market equipment and objects related to its activity. The company may establish branches in Switzerland and abroad, participate in other Swiss or foreign companies, acquire or establish companies of the same kind, as well as conclude all transactions and contracts that are suitable to promote the purpose of the company or that are in any case in a direct or indirect relationship with the achievement of this purpose.
