The company may also carry out, both in Switzerland and abroad, all commercial, financial, movable or immovable operations, directly or indirectly related to its purpose, with the exception of operations prohibited by the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Persons Abroad (LFAIE); participate in all enterprises pursuing an identical, analogous or related purpose; create branches or subsidiaries, acquire or dispose of participations, merge with other companies, as well as grant loans or guarantees to partners or third parties, if this promotes its interests.
