The company's purpose is: a) the provision, creation, establishment and administration of trusts within the meaning of Art. 17 para. 2 LEFin; b) the provision, creation, establishment and administration of foundations and/or companies; c) the exercise of all functions of trustee or co-trustee, independently or in collaboration with third parties, of 'protector' (protector), administrator, executor, fiduciary and general agent, both in a fiduciary capacity and on its own account; d) the provision of services and advice in the economic and financial field. It may carry out all commercial, financial, securities and real estate transactions not subject to the LF AIE, for its own account or for the account of third parties, related to this main purpose, in Switzerland and abroad, within the limits provided for by LEFin.
