- The association aims to provide care and nursing services, mainly for infants and children, by diplomaed nursing professionals and by employing medically guided caring relatives; - to represent people in need of care and their relatives in connection with the assertion of insurance and liability claims; - to mediate and supply care-related products and items; - to create care-related expert opinions, in particular care needs assessments and damage reports. - The association may establish branches and subsidiaries in the country, participate in other organizations, and conduct all business directly or indirectly related to its purpose, participate in organizations in Switzerland and abroad, take over representations, and enter into all contracts that may be suitable to promote the purpose of the association. The association may provide financing for its own or third-party account, acquire, encumber, sell, and manage real estate. - The association fulfills its purpose on a non-profit basis.
