The provision of administrative, economic and financial services, as well as the performance of marketing, design and management of software applications, and the granting of consumer loans to third parties, the provision of management services to companies within the group and to third parties, excluding any activity reserved for the profession of trustee or economic consultant. The company may assume representations from third parties. The company may acquire, encumber, manage, administer and sell real estate, as well as participate in real estate companies and enterprises. However, real estate in Switzerland or participations in real estate companies and enterprises with real estate in Switzerland may only be acquired (without LAFE subjection procedure) on the condition that the properties are intended for the exercise of an economic activity in accordance with Art. 2 para. 2 lit. a) LAFE.
