The company's purpose is the sale of professional equipment in the field of catering and household and electrical goods, the sale and production of coffee, maintenance and after-sales service, as well as the import and export of all related products. The company may also, in Switzerland and abroad: create branches or subsidiaries, take stakes in, and more generally participate in, all enterprises or companies having a direct or indirect connection with its purpose; carry out or have carried out, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties, all financial, commercial, movable or immovable operations directly or indirectly related to the main purpose, or likely to promote its development, including leasing goods on an annual or seasonal basis, it being specified that any acquisition of immovable property in Switzerland may only take place in compliance with the provisions of the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Persons Abroad (LFAIE); and provide financial assistance, including loans, advances, guarantees or securities of all kinds to its partners, to affiliated companies or to third parties.
