Empamissa-Familienstiftung

The purpose of the foundation is to dedicate a capital in the sense of Art. 335 of the Swiss Civil Code for the benefit of the persons named in Art. 3 of the foundation deed. The entitled family members can receive contributions from the foundation's assets, namely for the costs of education, a specialized course of study, study stays in foreign language regions, for illness, accident and spa costs, for equipment upon marriage, for the opening of a business or otherwise for the establishment of an independent existence, as well as in the event of personal hardship. Exceptionally, such grants can also be made to spouses of descendants.
