The Association aims to promote innovation, creation, and transmission in the luxury sector by supporting excellence in craftsmanship, contemporary creation, and the adoption of new economic and technological models, with a view to openness in the service of the general interest. To this end, the Association contributes to the enhancement and dissemination of artisanal professions and skills related to luxury, the development of creative entrepreneurship, and the cultural and economic influence of the sector. The Association works, inter alia, on the development of new business models, incubation, and project support, by developing and mobilizing technologies and digital applications, particularly those based on open and decentralized software architectures, to strengthen the vitality and attractiveness of this ecosystem. The Association acts without lucrative intent; any potential surplus is exclusively reinvested in the pursuit of its statutory objectives. To achieve its statutory objective, the Association may, inter alia: acquire, receive, hold, issue, distribute, and manage digital tokens or other digital assets related to its ecosystem, in accordance with its statutory objectives; organize, develop, and animate a decentralized autonomous organization (DAO) or any other form of decentralized community governance; mobilize financial resources from the sale of digital assets, donations, grants, partnerships, or any other source in accordance with the legislation in force; implement strategic, operational, and financial support programs for the benefit of selected projects; take equity stakes in third-party companies within the framework of its objectives; organize training, information, and awareness-raising activities related to the adoption of new technologies and the evolution of the luxury sector; conclude any partnership or agreement useful for the pursuit of its objectives; hold and grant rights for trademarks, intellectual property rights, or licenses; use any technology, platform, or digital infrastructure compatible with its objectives. The Association may delegate its duties to other organizations, create or support these organizations. The Association may acquire, hold, manage, and dispose of real estate in Switzerland and abroad, to the extent that these operations are consistent with the achievement of its statutory objectives. The Association may also engage in any activity and perform any act useful or necessary for the achievement of its objectives. The Association may be active in Switzerland and abroad.
