The company's purpose is the trading and/or manufacturing of products for or from energy generation, in particular fuels and propellants, wood for industrial or energy use, CO2 or ashes; as well as energy itself, certificates and products of all kinds in the field of energy and heat supply and disposal. The company may establish branches and subsidiaries at home and abroad and may participate in other companies at home and abroad as well as conduct all business that is directly or indirectly related to its purpose. The company may acquire, encumber, dispose of and manage real property at home and abroad. It may also arrange financing on its own or another's account and provide security for the liabilities of affiliated companies and third parties.
